UF membrane filtration process ,driven bythe pressure difference on both side of the membrane.As the filter medium ,whenit under certain pressure and original fluid flow through the membrane surface,UF membrane surface with many tiny pores allow only water and small moleculesthrough .The concentrate which volume is greater than the micro aperture ofmembrane surface is trapped in the liquid side of the membrane,thus achieve thepurpose of purification ,separation and enrichment of the concentrate .

Per metre long silk UF membrane on thewall there are about 6 billion 6 billion micropores,,the pore size is onlyallowed water molecules,the beneficial minerals and trace element in the water,and are known to the world’s smallest bacteria volume is 0.2micron ,sobacteria as well as the volume is much bigger than bacteria such ascolloid,rust,suspended solids,sand,macromolecular organic matter can be trappedby UF membrane.
